You won’t find us on social media for a reason! We think that stuff is fluff. Our business ethos is about providing our members with an advertising free zone in which to find each other and meet up to do all that adventuring while house sitting worldwide. No sponsorship, or pictures of women laughing at salad on our site!

Just wanted to say you are the best housesitting site out there, we have been members since we started sitting in 2013 along with other sites, and I love how MMH has always been the same, we have had some tremendous sits and the website is one of the easiest to use, (probably because it is not fiddled with too much (if it ain't broke, don't fix it). House sitting has been a very positive experience for us on the whole, the odd glitch but over 15 years hardly surprising! With many animals and an off grid farm we have attracted lots of different folk and several are still in touch with us as friends. We have also had both young and more mature but all embraced the peace and beauty of our location. Having house sitters is a lesson in trust and we have learnt lots and would say our property and animals have been cared to our standards of not better! If we come across behaviour we find unacceptable we deal with it and come to resolution that suits both parties. Housesitters and volunteers have given us the opportunity to travel, work and deal with family bereavement in another country. I would use the word invaluable especially having so many animals. Thankyou for setting up this valuable service.
