This is an exceptional opportunity for the right person or couple. We are looking for farm manager(s) for our 127 acre farm in Grafton, Ontario CANADA. We work and stay in the city during the week and use the farm on most weekends. We are 10 minutes from the town of Cobourg and 1 hour from Toronto. A very large 2-bedroom self-contained furnished apartment with utilities, cable and phone is provided in exchange for an average of 15 hours of work per week with most weekends off. The hours can be divided between 2 people. There is also an opportunity to do additional work on the farm for a competitive hourly rate. Required jobs: animal care including horses, light farm maintenance, lawn and pool upkeep. Optional jobs: horse riding, training, personal chef, child care, housekeeping, massage, gardening, landscaping. We have had 3 very successful 6 - 12 month arrangements with couples from overseas. These people are happy to talk to prospective candidates during the final stages of the selection process. You will also be expected to provide references. Must own or plan to purchase your own car and insurance (Ontario drivers licence required). Ideal arrangement for individuals looking to do an OE in Canada from UK, Australia or New Zealand with one year working visa. No children or pets please. We are surrounded by stunning scenery and views. The apt has a large balcony and seaviews and comprises of 2 good size bedrooms bathroom and attractive open plan kitchen/living areas. It is situated in the village centre so a car is not necessary. I am offering a nominal rental of 275 euros per month in return for taking care of my small dog...a great character and companion....during my absences.

Must have meticulous housekeeping skills since home is for sale and must be kept spotless at all times. Must be able to drive a car.
